Refund policy

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

• More than 4 working days notice from the date of collection/delivery, there is an administrative charge of S$10.
• Less than 4 working days notice from the date of collection/delivery, there will be no refund of the delivery fee and/or the price of the item ordered
• Refunds will be made through the issuance of Gift Cards via our online store with a validity of 1 year. 
• For cookies not collected by the end of the day, the cakes will be disposed and there will be no refunds.
• Cookier has the right to cancel, refund and refuse orders when deem fit.
